I’m John White, the proud lead inspector of Sherlock Inspection Services. From an early age, I’ve been drawn to the importance of family and home. Growing up as the son of a structural engineer, I was introduced to the construction industry at an early age, and it has been a central part of my life ever since.  With over 35 years of experience in and around construction, I’ve built a deep understanding of what makes a home safe, functional, and durable. I hold a degree in Building and Construction Management and am proud to be a Certified Professional Inspector through both InterNACHI and U.S. Career Institute. These credentials ensure I have the expertise to deliver detailed, accurate, and trustworthy inspections.  As a father of children, I know firsthand how important it is to have a safe and secure home for your loved ones. My goal is to help you make informed decisions by providing thorough inspections with reliability, dedication, and integrity. I approach every home as if my own family were moving in.  In addition to my professional work, I’m an Eagle Scout who enjoys the great outdoors, embodying the principles of commitment, trustworthiness, and attention to detail in all aspects of my life.
